Your gutters never overflow or cause water damage — cleared on a firm schedule ahead of storm and fire season. If your property backs onto bush or heavy tree cover, ask us about gutter guards — a permanent fix that cuts down on debris build-up and reduces fuel load around the roofline.

Salt staining, mould and algae buildup on exterior surfaces, removed — checked and treated only when the condition actually warrants it, not on a blind "clean every visit" assumption.

Facade & Roof Observation

Developing damage — corrosion, failing coating, a loose tile, early mould — caught and documented before it becomes a bigger repair. Bundled into Platinum. The quarterly Window Cleaning Plan upgrade includes a lighter annual drone photo check of your solar panels and gutters instead. If something's outside our scope, we tell you plainly and refer you to the right licensed trade.

Overhanging branches trimmed before they block your gutters, scratch your roof, or add to your property's bushfire fuel load — branches up to 50mm, done safely by an arborist-qualified technician. No chainsaw-at-height work, no work near powerlines.
